magoosh provide pretty useful video lessons that allows me to know better about the test and the customized test make me getting used to the test format. i was especially weak on the reading section. i was never able to finish a long reading, understand the text well and then do all the questions correct. but with the help of the strategy i learned from the video and perseverance, my reading score improve from 19 to 25 within 30 days. my goal is to get a 30 next time. i think i will keep using magoosh on my study! |

the videos are just excellent.the listening practice clips are just similar to the actual ets ones in terms of vocabulary,tone and themes.the tips for writing and speaking section can be alone responsible for a high score. i did not needed much practice for the reading part as i had already appeared for my gre but i found them helpful as well.i achieved this high score by just practicing for less than two weeks. |

first of all magoosh gave me the confidence to complete all the questions within the prescribed time. i was a bit uncomfortable with the speaking section which magoosh solved for me thanks to the caliber of the questions that mirrored the actual toefl. furthermore, the quality of the questions on other sections were also top notch, analogous to that of the actual toefl and the explanation videos were a jewel in itself with patient and detailed explanations by lucas. in short, the learning process was fun and i enjoyed learning new subjects (from the passages) as well as the english language itself. |
