the tests in magoosh really reflect the toefl one, though they are a notch tougher - and this is a plus. this preparation makes the toefl a bit 'manageable'. magoosh also offers test taking strategies which really helped me plan for the test. these skills boosted my confidence and made me to feel a bit more comfortable during the test. to be honest, if you already know english, magoosh is all you need for test samples and the building of skills. |

magoosh was such a valuable help to me and i thank you guys for that. although i made my own strategies for the exam but the video-lessons provided by magoosh ignited my preparation with a strong base, micro-level details and technical aspects of the exam. i must say that we can not find any book or platform better than magoosh for a quick effective preparation as far as the video-lessons are considered. the speaker of the lessons makes you aware of the technicalities of the exam in such a good way that you automatically start organizing your preparation and develop your own strategies for the exam. i would like to offer my thanks and appreciation to the whole magoosh team, especially, the speaker of the video-lessons. keep it up, guys ! |

i took the one-month magoosh package, though i studied for 2 weeks only. the lectures were very easy to follow and magoosh did a very good job of breaking down individual steps especially in the writing section. i found the speaking and the writing lessons the most useful. i was already quite fluent at english, what you guys did is give me the best strategy to attack the exam and i couldn't have gotten a score of 117 without magoosh. the email support was wonderful too, i got prompt replies to my queries. i wish i had taken your gre tutorials too. :) :d you guys are the best! thank you magoosh from the bottom of my heart! :) :) |

i believe the reading and the listening sections were most helpful in the course. pretty much the same standard as in the actual test. the course is exhaustive and can be completed within a week's time. although i was short of time and was close to the application deadline, i registered for the test at the last minute and took the exam within a 2 days time frame. i practiced almost 75% of the course within these two days studying dedicated for the test. |
