with finals approaching, you\u2019re probably pretty stressed out, especially in the mornings, when it feels like you have a million things to do and no time to do them.<\/p>\n
well, never fear because i\u2019m here to help you get all of your morning tasks done efficiently so that you can minimize as much stress as possible and start your day off on the right foot.<\/p>\n

figure out how much time it takes you to do each task you need to do, then create a morning schedule that you strictly stick to. you\u2019ll never be late again!<\/p>\n

do as many tasks as you can the night before, when you\u2019re slightly more awake and alert than you will be when you wake up groggy in the morning. pack up your bag, plan what you\u2019ll wear if that normally takes you a while, make breakfast and lunch and stick them in the fridge.<\/p>\n

go to sleep as soon as you possibly can. don\u2019t stay up on facebook for hours after you finish your work. if you\u2019re more well-rested, then you\u2019re more likely to wake up the first time the alarm sounds, with plenty of time to finish your morning routine.<\/p>\n

fill a playlist with energetic, happy songs that you know will put you in a good mood and wake you up. press play before you have a chance to press the snooze button.<\/p>\n
