you’ll find many of these questions answered in the sat subject test student’s guide from ets. on page 22 of the pdf they have a summary of what to expect on the biology subject test as well as a breakdown of how many questions you will get from each category. they also have some practice questions so you can get a feel for the test 🙂

the biology subject test is definitely testing biology facts. it will cover information that you should have covered in your high school biology classes.
