oops, good catch! that is a typo–or an oversight :). it should be, “you can take either the sat or the act”. (your version is also correct).

i do have a question though about the example: ¨you can either take the sat or the act.¨ by sat common standards, wouldn’t the response typically look like¨you can either take the sat or take the act¨?
