i just wanted to point out that having the “business management” icon be a tie is subtly reinforcing that men should be the ones choosing that career path.

like you, when i use the chart, i can always go a few different ways and end up in a few different fields. it’s great, because it helps us brainstorm different possibilities and decide which ones we are most excited about.
