that’s a really great question! i think that documenting your activities can’t hurt, especially if they are evidence of your dedication to academic achievement. if you want to be sure of what a specific college or university is looking for, though, your best bet is to contact their admissions departments directly and inquire whether they would be interested in seeing these extra trainings on your application.
