<\/a>maybe you decided to apply to more colleges, after<\/em> you already took the act and sent your scores. maybe you need a score report for a scholarship application. or maybe you can\u2019t remember whether you got a 28 or 29, or you\u2019re just plain curious. for whatever reason, you need to check out your old act scores<\/a>. <\/p>\n

but wait. how exactly do you go about finding an old act score report? have no clue what your act username is? or maybe you don\u2019t remember when you took the test?<\/p>\n

it turns out, finding your old act scores is a breeze!<\/p>\n

turns out, you can get your old act scores in several simple steps:<\/p>\n

  1. log into the act website<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. click on your test dates and scoring<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. find and select the score you were looking for<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. click on the date of your desired score<\/strong> and re-enter your password<\/li>\n
  5. review your scores<\/strong> to make sure they’re what you want to send<\/li>\n
  6. click send your scores<\/strong> on the left menu<\/li>\n
  7. enter the codes for the schools<\/strong> you want to receive your scores<\/li>\n
  8. pay<\/strong> for the additional score repots<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    but we know it’s not always that simple! read on for more info on each of these steps.<\/p>\n

    logging in<\/h2>\n

    first things first, you do<\/strong> need your user id and password that you used when you registered for the act. luckily, even if you don\u2019t remember your login info, the act will help you find your user id and reset your password, as long as you have the email address associated with your account. once you get your user id and password all settled, you can log in.

    locating scores <\/h2>\n

    after you log in, you\u2019ll see your test dates and scores<\/strong> in the menu on the lefthand sidebar. after you click on that tab, you\u2019ll be able to see a list of all the exams you registered for, whether you cancelled registration, or actually took the test. you\u2019ll also see whether or not you took the writing portion of the test, which might help jog your memory if you\u2019re looking for the score of a particular date you took the act.
