adeney zo is a content marketing manager at magoosh. she earned a b.a. in communication studies from ucla and, while there, got involved in writing and editing for the university's media publications. what started out as a passion for journalism soon turned into an interest in content creation and digital marketing, which eventually led adeney to the content marketing team at magoosh. when she's not hard at work creating resources for magoosh students, adeney is often reading books, dancing, or taking long walks by the seashore.

andrea is passionate about fostering a culture at magoosh that feels safe, honest, collaborative, and fun! she has a bs in psychology, an ma in industrial organizational psychology, and an mba - in other words, a proud nerd! she has lived on the east coast, germany and italy but now calls sunny san diego home. you can usually find her planning an adventure, reading a book or trying out a new restaurant!

bhavin sets the vision and strategy for magoosh, along with whatever else needs to be done. with a bs/ba in economics and computer science from duke university and an mba from the haas school of business at uc berkeley, he’s on a mission to change the way people learn and how they think about learning. years ago, bhavin played on several nationals-level ultimate frisbee teams. today, he’s our resident gelato connoisseur.

desiree serves as the director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. that's a mouthful, but essentially she's working to make magoosh a place where diverse perspectives and experiences are present, included, and valued in every decision that's made; so that we can make a product that makes our students feel valued, seen, and prepares them for success. she has a bachelor of arts degree in economics, and has worked in the higher education and tech industries, with a focus on equity and inclusion. she's lived in the midwest, northeast, southeast, and on the west coast of the us; and is notoriously bad with directions but always finds her way to a good restaurant and a tjmaxx.

iris is passionate about ensuring magooshers feel supported and happy in their roles by providing access to great benefits, perks, and comp, and fostering an environment where they can be their whole selves. iris grew up in wisconsin and is a proud badger alum with a ba in english literature. prior to magoosh, iris spent most of her career leading talent teams within the traditional and charter public school settings in both the bay area and the east coast. outside of work, she loves to travel (currently focused on exploring this gorgeous pacific coast!), read every issue of the new yorker cover-to-cover, and snuggle her rescue puppy (ollie).

jeff helps with creating content at magoosh and getting it out to students. he has a b.a. in linguistics from the university of california, san diego. his interests range all over the place, from art to kayaking. amazingly, he never ages (or the last time he wore a nice shirt for a photo was a dozen years ago).

over the last 15 years, linnea has worked with students of all ages and abilities in the u.s. and abroad, trained new teachers for the classroom, and written curricula for various test types. her past experience includes tutoring toefl, isee, ssat, act, sat, gre, lsat, and gmat students for the princeton review and working as the director of instruction management for the princeton review taipei. her expertise runs the gamut of standardized tests, but there’s a special place in her heart for the verbal and essay components. looking for a way to help more students, especially those who were unable to afford access to expensive test prep programs, linnea joined magoosh in 2019. she is a member of the content team, who connects with students as a blog contributor and through various lessons and other content on the magoosh platform.

sara strives to ensure all magooshers feel supported and can thrive at work. she also helps find amazing candidates for open magoosh roles and loves to see the beauty that unfolds when a great match is made! she earned a b.s. in hr management, and as a first-generation college grad, magoosh's mission to make education accessible to all is very personal to her. outside of work, she loves family walks, iced coffee, and all sorts of delicious food!

starr serves as the sr. student service manager; through strategy, she ensures students are supported through magoosh's mission. she holds a double ba in psychology and women gender studies and an mba. she is passionate about helping students and using their voices to streamline changes for the better. starr is a brooklyn, new york native, and you can catch her cooking or arts and crafts in her spare time.

tanya is the b2b sales manager at magoosh and helps schools/organizations incorporate magoosh's test prep into their programs. she graduated from california state university, northridge with a bs in business marketing. in her free time, she loves traveling the world, dancing, and enjoying the outdoors!

victoria works with schools and organizations to incorporate magoosh act & sat prep into their programs while providing an exceptional customer experience. with 15 years of experience in education, she now brings her passion for supporting student advancement to magoosh. when not working she loves exploring the world, spending time with her family, and discovering new foods and recipes.
